Amortization Schedule

In short

This is a table showing every payment you'll make on your loan, detailing how much goes to principal and how much to interest over the loan's life. It helps you see exactly how your debt decreases over time.

What it means in a deal

When you get an SBA 7(a) loan, your lender provides an amortization schedule. Review it to understand your total repayment obligations and the precise breakdown of your Principal and Interest Payment. This schedule confirms the loan's term and helps you plan your cash flow.
