Credit Inquiries
In short
Records on your credit report showing who has requested to review your credit history. These can impact your credit score.
What it means in a deal
Lenders will pull your personal Credit Reports, and the number of Credit Inquiries is a factor. Too many recent inquiries, especially Hard Inquiries, can signal to lenders that you're seeking a lot of new credit, potentially making you seem riskier. Be mindful of who is pulling your credit during your search.
