Lender administrative fees

In short

Costs charged by the bank for setting up and managing your SBA 7(a) loan, including processing, underwriting, and closing expenses. These add to your total financing costs.

What it means in a deal

These fees are part of the total project costs and can often be financed into the loan. They might include packaging fees, application fees, or other costs for the lender's work on your application. Always get a transparent breakdown of these charges to avoid surprises and ensure they are reasonable.
